Telling a story of luxury.

I used strong, moody hero imagery to give the feeling of exclusivity and luxury. Also, the brochure had a spot varnish,  emboss border and soft touch finish. Social and digital used the chandelier image to tease and then introduced the renderings.

This project included art direction of  

the community logo, brochures, Sales Centre displays, out-of-home, print, digital and social media advertising
